Our Organization

The Residence Hall Association is a student-led group elected by fellow residents. We represent the residence community by raising concerns, advocating for student needs, and creating events that bring people together. Our team works directly with residents to strengthen community life and set a positive example across campus.

By serving in RHA, students build practical skills in leadership, conflict resolution, event planning, mentorship, and communication.

Mission

Our mission is to strengthen residence life by advocating for student needs and creating meaningful community experiences. We work with Residence and Housing to address resident concerns, improve day-to-day living, and ensure student voices are heard. Through regular events, programs, and initiatives, we aim to build connection, support student well-being, and make residence a more welcoming and engaging place for everyone.
